Assembly of pressure compensation elements (PCE)

Task

Assembly of two pressure compensation elements to form a plastic valve with subsequent automatic assembly of the plastic cover on the valve body. 
A membrane prevents liquid from entering the valve. A second membrane prevents lubricants from escaping.

• Marking of the I/O parts by means of a scribe marking unit
• Automatic rejection of NOK parts
