Function

The topex unwinding station makes the cross-wound adhesive tape available to downstream processes – tension-free and irrespective of the processing speed. The protective liner is automatically pulled off and wound. The optional combination of an automatic splicer and a dancer-controlled material magazine enables non-stop operation within a production line. The automatic spool change during splicing ensures a fast and precise connection between the end of one roll and the beginning of the next roll of tape.
