Task
- Separation and variable marking of anodised aluminium tags.
- The system is designed for three rating plate formats.
- These are made available in appropriate magazines via an automatic rotary indexing table.
- After separation from the magazine, the rating plate is automatically fed into the laser marking area.
- After the variable marking, the rating plates are stored in an order-specific magazine using a pick-and-place system.
- The magazines are transported to the removal area via a belt conveyor.
