Using labels with Data Matrix codes for individual marking of key components in a system, and
applying self-adhesive membranes.

Siemens S7-300 control system with TCP/IP interface
100% inspection, marking and checking of parts throughout the production process
Membrane separation using a label dispensing system, and forwarding to a handling system
Reliable traceability as all relevant data is saved on the Wagner AG server
