Separation of endless rolls of compression pads

Task

Separation and application of self-adhesive compression pad material. Separation is performed by a CO₂ laser, whilst application to the battery modules is carried out by a pneumatic vacuum handling system.

The endless rolls of material in combination with the laser cutting machine allow the processing of variable lengths.
