Laser marking of clamping nuts

Laser / special machine for feeding, separating and marking clamping nuts

Task

Permanent marking of clamping nuts for power tools (angle grinders). The clamping nuts are fed in bulk onto a vertical conveyor belt. A baffle brings the clamping nuts into the correct position and a feed rail transports them to the laser marking area. A 30W Nd:YAG laser marking system performs the marking.
