Pallet labelling on a small footprint

The pallets are automatically fed by the conveyor system and stopped at the labelling position. A label measuring 100 x 150 mm is applied to one side of the pallet. 
As there is a path for forklift trucks directly behind the labelling area, the station had to be no more than 600 mm deep, so the topex designers had to develop a correspondingly compact label handling system.
The solution is a pneumatic "piggyback" system, which divides the labelling stroke into two individual strokes.
